One of the most popular website managers is Joomla. It is second only to WordPress in the number of sites on the internet. Joomla provides tutorials at http://joomlatutorials.com. There are many other tutorials available on the web – just google “Joomla 3.0 tutorial.

You may install Joomla 3.X through the Control Panel tool. Joomla 3.X is the latest “production” version and there are many extensions available at extensions.joomla.org.
